HGV Technician

Questech Automotive Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Industry leading client for an experienced HGV Technician. This is an excellent chance for a Technician to join a company that offers solid opportunities for personal development and internal progression.
THE ROLE:
You will be an apprentice trained, fully qualified HGV Technician that preferably holds a class 1 HGV license and has experience working with a variety of LGV and HGV vehicles and trailers
THE DUTIES:
– Carrying out Service, Maintenance and Repair of a mixed fleet of vehicles and trailers.
– Preventative maintenance and repair
– Diagnosing faults
– Carrying out 6 weekly inspections the client workshops as well as customer sites
THE HOURS:
42 hour week with overtime being paid at 1.25 of the hourly rate.
THE RATE OF PAY:
You will earn an hourly rate of between £14.65 – £16.00 per hour depending on experience.
