HGV Mechanic
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £33000 – £35000/annum
The Automotive maintenance division of Questech currently have an exciting new position, located in Coventry for an experienced NVQ Level 3 Qualified Heavy Goods Mechanic
THE ROLE:
You will be an apprentice trained, experienced Vehicle Mechanic with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Goods Vehicles. A HGV Class 1 or 2 Licence would be desired for this role.
THE DUTIES:
• Carrying out service, maintenance and repair of a mixed fleet HGVs
• Diagnosing faults.
• Carrying out 6 weekly inspections.
THE HOURS:
You will work the following shift patterns
Mon – Fri 06:00- 14:00 Sat 06:00-12:00
Mon – Fri 14:00- 22:00
THE RATE OF PAY:
You will earn an annual salary of between £33,000 and £35,000 dependant on experience.
Overtime is available and paid at an enhanced rate.
