Health and Safety Advisor required for a permanent position covering Highways England projects circa 70 schemes. These will involve Roads, Junctions, Traffic Management, Bridge Repairs and barriers so an excellent knowledge of highways is required. A knowledge of AIRSWEB or HART reporting would be a distinct advantage
Due to the nature of the projects the role will require some night time work as is expected within the highways sector, however an uplift will be provided.
You will have experience in covering Health and Safety in a similar role within the highways sector. The project value is approximately £100m.
Salary is £45k depending on experience, plus car or car allowance and an excellent benefits package is on offer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a main contractor where emphasis is on longevity and growth within the company
