Head of Operations

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £65000/annum

Our client is looking to recruit a Head of Operations to lead their operations department. They are based in London but offer hybrid working. Currently working from home but they have beautiful offices on the Thames and have been doing 2 days a week in the office.

The organisation has been through a lot of change, including a significant system transformation which now needs rolling out across the organisation so they are really keen to hire someone who has led a change management piece and ideally transformation programme.

You will be reporting into the CTO and work in conjunction with them to deliver transformational change. As they continue to look at business improvement with the emphasis being on technology and business efficiency, we are very interested to speak to candidates who are also passionate about this.

What is also very important that we find is an inspiring leader, who has a track record of developing their team. This role has a team of three very strong professionals who have been there for varying amounts of time. So experience in people management and leadership is very important!

Other skills and experience required:

Stakeholder Management
Data Analytics and reporting
Distribution management
Change management
Leadership and people management
Process management

Our client will pay a competitive salary and excellent benefits. They are going to be interviewing during January so please do send your CV before 4th January so we can organise a briefing call with you.

For a full description of the role, please send your CV with a brief paragraph outlining your relevant skills.

Closing Date: Early applications may be prioritised.
