Head of ELT (Education Publishing)

A leading Educational publisher with a focus on developing ELT products for the Middle East is looking to appoint a "Head of ELT" with a product-focused background to lead on the definition of ELT publishing projects developed for customers across the Middle East.
The Head of ELT will be responsible for liaising with and meeting Ministries of Education and University customers to understand their requirements, and ensure projects are developed in line with their needs and for their market across both print and digital media. This role will have a strong focus on market research, and the Head of ELT will be adept at nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key ministries and institutions, particularly in the Middle East, and will work hard to maintain a strong market presence.
We are looking for an accomplished ELT publishing professional with a background in content / product development. Any experience of working with the Middle East would be an advantage. This is a superb opportunity to join a highly established and leading educational publisher, and will offer the successful candidate the chance to shape the company's publishing offering going forward. This role is currently based remotely, with an expectation to visit our client's office in the South East of England when that's possible. At some point in the future the role will involve travel to meet with customers in the Middle East.
