About you
You're an experienced Head Chef but you're currently working within boundaries and limited structure in an organisation. You wish you could make your mark and have full creativity on designing dishes and running this one-of-a-kind venue. We have a role where you can do just that. The head chef will have excellent communication skills, as you will be advising guests on various menus for their special day.
You'll have responsibility and full flexibility on taking this 50-bedroom hotel's restaurant and venues to the next level. It all starts with you, Head Chef. Currently catering for the a la carte restaurant, functions, weddings, afternoon teas. If you are passionate about English Cuisine, then this is just for you. The Head Chef will have a brigade of 5 skilled and motivated staff.

A one-of-a-kind hotel mainly catering for hotel guests and functions. The hotel offers casual dining to high standards and a fantastic location for celebratory meals. It's also a wonderful place for weddings, private parties, and events due to its mid-eighteenth century, building, location and landscape.
