Salary : £40000 – £48000/annum including bonus

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join one of their unique venues, based in Warwickshire.

This venue is a relaxed, high-end gastro pub and event venue focussing on delivering a fresh, seasonal and locally sourced menu in keeping with the latest food trends and customer tastes. You will create new and unique dishes and working with the senior management team, have full creative control over the menu offering and concept.

As Head Chef, you will be crucial in the day to day kitchen operations, team development, stock orderings and purchasing, profit margins and following EHO regulations and guidelines. You will possess previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience of at least 2 years and have a demonstrable experience of creating, delivering and costing restaurant and event menus.

You will thrive in fast-paced environments and have excellent organisational skills and have strong leadership skills.
