Located on the outskirts of Brighton, our delightful Gastro Pub promises to deliver traditional cuisine albeit re-imagined. Our menu boasts many old favourites and classics along with creative dishes inspired by international influences and tastes – all of which is sourced locally, expertly cooked and served just the way our guests like it by you, our Head Chef.

We'd like you to be a master of the flavour game, a pro on the tools as well as a mentor to our tightly knit team. If you can create a varied menu which caters to all intolerances whilst maintaining a good profit margin then you are our Head Chef
