We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Hatchery Operative to join their dynamic team in Suffolk area.
Your Role:
Support daily operations in the hatchery, focusing on the welfare and handling of eggs and chicks to meet high welfare standards.
Engage in various tasks such as chick care, egg handling during hatching, and maintaining cleanliness and security in the hatchery.
Uphold strict health, welfare, and bio-security standards.
Contribute to team efforts, ensuring the smooth running of the hatchery.
Adhere to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
Own Transport required due to the location of the hatchery and working hours.
Teamwork and the ability to work independently.
A proactive, hardworking attitude, willing to take on various tasks.
No previous experience required – comprehensive on-the-job training provided. Benefits:
