About the Role
This will be a very hands-on growing role, working within a close-knit team, growing over 700 varieties of alpines across over 20 acres. You'll be responsible not just for the day-to-day growing of plants but also the implementation of reliable growing processes, overseeing pesticide application, irrigation, lighting, temperature, growing media, fertilisation, nutrition, and monitoring the overall health of plants.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have previous experience working in a commercial horticulture environment and be looking for a new challenge in a structured and supportive environment. You will be confident in all aspects of the growing operation and be passionate about what you do. Communication skills are key, as you will be working closely with a team and working collaboratively with other people in the business.
