Groundwork's Foreman/Site Manager –> Contracts Manager

Salary : £50000 – £55000/annum + Excellent Package (Negotiable)
Harris & Dolman are seeking a groundwork's general foreman/site manager, who wants to take the next step in their career, to become a contracts manager.

Our client is a groundwork's contractor based in the Midlands.
They are a reputable, family owned business with extensive experience in the groundwork's sector.
Type of works :- Roads, sewers, drainage, foundations up to DPC.
Essential Requirements
* Groundwork's experience – track record of delivering groundwork's packages recently – either residential or commercial groundwork's experience considered.
* Labour & Plant resourcing – you will be expected draw on your contacts and experience of resourcing for jobs in the East Midlands. Essentially you will be building your own trusted team of groundwork's operatives which can deliver.
