Grounds Maintenance Operative – Driver
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £12 – £13/hour
Driver/Grounds Maintenance Operatives Required, Starting ASAP
Monday to Friday, 7:30 till 4:00
Paying £13.00ph via umbrella.
2 month minimum.
Must be able to pass a DBS & Driving licence allowing up to 3.5 tonne (transit tipper), preferably with experience driving in a London Borough Ability to take and understand clear instructions
Enfield has over 100 parks and open spaces that are available every day of the year.
The Parks include playgrounds, major areas of countryside and sports play pitches.
The Parks team require staff to help us to keep them in the excellent condition our visitors demand We are looking for enthusiastic and self motivated individuals with the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in grounds maintenance desirable
Previous experience in grounds maintenance is desirable Minimum plant knowledge – desirable
Basic horticultural machinery knowledge – desirable
Understanding of Health & Safety – essential
Driving licence allowing up to 3.5 tonne (transit tipper) – essential (preferably with experience driving in a London Borough Ability to take and understand clear instructions)
Customer Care experience / dealing with public – desirable Ability to work within a team or as a lone worker – essential
