Grounds Maintenance Operative

Salary :
Full time ground maintenance operative.
I am looking for someone who is passionate about gardening and having a knowledge of plant and shrub ID would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, punctual and courteous. You will need a positive friendly "Can do” attitude when performing tasks on site with good communication and organisational skills.
You will need to be experienced at maintaining communal grounds to a high standard and be conscientious and take pride in your work.
Experience with garden petrol machinery is a must, treating all machinery including the company van competently and with respect. Must be physically fit and be able to work in all weathers.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence as you will be required to drive a company vehicle travelling around the West Midlands.
You must be able to work alone using your own initiative and also as part of a team.
Flexibility with working hours are required and Weekend working will be on a rota when required.
Must have own transport to drive to yard and good knowledge of the West Midlands area.
