We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic grounds maintenance operatives to work with one of the UK’s leading provider of integrated management and property services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

* Strimming

* Grass Cutting

* Leaf clearance and gritting during the autumn and winter

* Litter picking

* Driving a company van between locations

* Any general ad hoc duties required of a ground’s maintenance operative

Essential Skills/ Experience:

* Driving licence essential for this role

* Van provided and allowed to take home

* The ability to work Mon-Fri 7.30am – 3.30pm

* A strong team player

* The skill to build good working relationships

* Reliable and excellent timekeeper
