Salary : £20000 – £23000/annum

This is a Perm or Temp – Perm opportunity, you will be working in a 2 man team covering ORPINGTON area,

We are recruiting 4 x Ground Maintenance operative / Driver to work in the Orpington area, for a fantastic company who can offer you training if required. If you have previous experience working as a Ground Maintenance Operative, this would be a big advantage.

DAY TO DAY DUTIES

General Ground Maintenance work

Leaf Blowing, Mowing and Strimming

Planting, Pruning and weeding

Litter Picking,

Driving company Vehicle – Long wheel Base Van due to insurance you must be 21 years of age +

No more than 3 points on your licence

Working as a team, ensuring the work is carried out effectively and within the set time frames.

Being courteous and polite to residents.

Reporting damage of tools or van to management

Monday Friday 7.30 – 16.30 summer 1r break – winter 7.30 – 3.30 pm 1 hr break

£9.50 – £10.00ph + Holiday + Weekly pay

Starts ASAP

Must be 21 years of age + No more than 3 points on your licence – Due to insurance
