Grass Machinery Showroom Salesperson needed in Hatfield Peverel, Essex
Agriculture and Horticulture Main dealer, with market leading basic salaries and OTs

Role Purpose:
Reporting to the General Groundcare Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the Grass Machinery Showroom sales.
Your role will be to maximize sales opportunities for the department in a courteous and effective manner.
Essential Skills/Experience:
v Proven customer service and upsales experience
v Smart & presentable appearance as customer facing role
v Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal diplomatically with customers during busy periods both verbal and written
v Motivated by sales and targets
v Ability to manage customer expectations without over committing
v Accuracy with numbers and handling of cash, cheque and card payments
v A team player-capable of working alone or with other team staff
v Able to use own initiative
v Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the business
v Maintain a good general level of health and fitness
v Take responsibility for showroom stock and displays
What's on offer:
Salary: £Competitive (depending on experience) plus commission.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, plus weekends on a rota, when busy in Harvest season.
