Shifts: 08:00 – 16:00, 10:00 – 18:00, 14:00- 22:00
Jackson Hogg have an exclusive opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join an exciting and dynamic organisation based in Middlesbrough and working across the globe for a multinational, industry leading Chemical Company.
Working as part of an Global Service Desk team you will be responsible for the end to end IT support, ensuring each role is given suitable priority and solved in good time.
This is a small team operating on weekly shifts, so you must be happy completing a 2-10 late shift regularly. Given the small size of team, the rota is flexible and adaptable when needed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and previous knowledge of IT support as well as the drive to grow within this ambitious IT team, with plenty of opportunities for promotions!
* IT Degree of equivalent experience
* Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation
* Knowledge of AD, Exchange, Office 365, VPN, Hardware and Windows operating systems
* Previous experience working within an IT support environment
* Familiarity with the ITIL framework
