We are seeking Data Processors to join our expanding team and become part of one of the country’s most exciting technology growth businesses, working either from home or (once permitted) from our Stirling base
Optiseller is a leading eCommerce data analytics business, helping online retailers across the world sell more effectively in eCommerce marketplaces such as eBay using our Optiseller software tools.
We have been expanding quickly – we already have 50,000 users of our Optiseller platform in 130 countries – and recent events have accelerated our expansion.
We are currently working with German Merchants supporting them on to the eBay platform hence the reason we require somebody who has Data input experience and also speaks fluent German.
About the Role
As a Data Processor, you will learn a lot about E-Commerce, which is the fastest-growing sector of the economy. You will be supporting online sellers on e-Bay to maximise the visibility of their products, ensuring they get in front of the right buyers by listing products in the right categories with the right information.
In order to do this and as part of the process you will need to carry out various tasks which will include
· Analyse new customers’ current systems so that clean, clear compliant data is available
· Support existing retailers’ performance with data optimisation
· Using our Optiseller software, maximise visibility of products with detailed Item Specifics, such as colour, materials, length, width, height, etc.
· Using Optiseller’s Aspect Prototype tool or using sellers’ product categories, create files with eBay categories for Sellers’ products
· Create description templates for sellers’ eBay stores
About you
Essential:
You will need to be numerate, methodical, and keen to learn
Understand and speak German
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Good comprehension of Microsoft Operating Systems and Outlook
· Analytical and methodical approach to data with the ability to work on multiple tasks
· Excellent communicator and a good “team player"
It would be an advantage, but is not essential if you have knowledge of some of the following:
· Working knowledge of JIRA
· Experience of working with Excel pivot tables and formulas
· Working with MS Teams and instant messaging tools
