General Operative
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £10.20 – £10.90/hour
Our client in Rochdale is looking for 2 x general operatives.
Our client offers a friendly, clean and professional working environment where opportunities for progression are on offer in the future.
The work is ongoing temp with a view to go permanent for the right employee.
Hours of work – Monday to Thursday 7.15am – 4pm and Friday 7.15am – 1.40pm
Rate of pay – £10.20 per hour – hourly rate increases to £10.90 on a permanent contract.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
– Light machine operation
– Shop floor duties which can be physical
– General onsite labouring duties – no cscs card required
– Ensuring materials are in place for production
– Housekeeping duties
– Assisting colleagues with tasks
Candidate Requirements
– Previous experience of working in a timber yard or as a joiner is preferable
– Excellent attitude towards work
– Up to date cv
