Day times only – 48 hours a week and must be able to commit to one day at the weekend.

We are looking for an experienced individual, with a passionate character who has a hands-on approach and can deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues. You will need to be able to lead a team to deliver great food and drinks, exceptional service standards and exceed customers expectations. Growing your own team, inspiring learning and providing them with the opportunity to succeed is critical to this role.
