Aims:
* To assist the Senior Supervisor of the General Administration Team
* Working with the team to provide general administration as well as other assigned duties where is required
* Provide Financial assistance- placing orders, processing & thoroughly checking information
* Provide assistance to all other departments within the office.
* To provide a central point of contact for communication and to provide key data and information
* To liaise with engineers and clients.
* To have great attention to detail for preparation of invoices, purchase orders, Material ordering and the alike.
Other duties
* Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
* Dealing with email enquiries
* Minute Taking
* Diary management
* Data entry, Invoicing, Stock Inventory, Ordering
* Sage and Microsoft Office Experience
* General office duties
* Providing administration support to Managers
* Processing timesheets and Wages
The appropriate candidate must be able to demonstrate loyalty, commitment, be hard working and be able to engage in an attentive and friendly way with visitors and other colleagues
