Rare opportunity for a Gas Engineer / Sub-Contractor to work with Prestige Skills, working alongside Prestige Skills and our Clients, As part of the GDSP contract, which is a mains replacement contract in partnership with Cadent Gas. We require experienced Gas Engineers who have as a minimum, CCN1/CMA1 and MET1 qualifications, with Metering and Pipework skills also previous experience working with steel, plus the knowledge and capability to extend their skills to the required level.
The role will be, working as a Purge & Relight gas engineer following mains replacement in the West Midlands. You will be expected to carry out a number of tasks involving gas checks, visual inspections of gas appliances, standing and working pressure checks and, alteration of meter locations. The role is fully customer focused, carrying out essential works driven by the HSE.
