Gardener Team leader
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody to join our rapidly growing gardening and landscaping company in the role of team leader.
As team leader you will be managing the daily operation of one of our teams, working in private gardens. The right candidate will have:
* At least two years experience in a horticultural environment
* A full UK driving license
* Good punctuality and self presentation
* Good communication, with clients and colleagues
* Attention to detail
* Good managerial skills and previous experience of managing a team
* A good understanding of all standard garden machinery
Appropriate licenses, such as; Spraying (PA1, PA6) and Trailer (B+E), are not required but would stand you in good stead with your application.

Our clients are in and around Surrey, and our yard and office are within close proximity to M25 junction 8 (Reigate). The right candidate would have use of a company van.
Our rate of pay is competitive and during peak months we run a bonus scheme, if the candidate fulfils the required level of standard
