Freelance Chef
Job Type : Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £13 – £22/hour
Simple Recruitment are searching for Freelance Chefs to in and around Nottingham.
We have a lot of immediate start positions available.
This is for a multitude of varying sites such as:
Hospitals – Schools – MOD Barracks – Care facilities – Hotels – Restaurants – Holiday parks – Amusement Parks
What we are looking for:
-Highly experienced chefs
– working from a CDP level and above
-Owner of chef whites, safety shoes and their own knives
-Experience working with a variety or cuisines
-Ability to work under pressure and to strict time limits
-Experience working different types of service such as
– Banqueting – A La Carte – Buffet
-Ability to work individually and as part of a team
– Great attitude towards work
– Reliability
– Knowledge of Health and Safety – Allergens – HACCP – COSHH
