Staffline is recruiting for Food Production Operatives to work in Bromborough.

The rate of pay is from £9.80 to £11.03 per hour depending on the shift pattern

Overtime is available at this site after working 48 hours and is paid at 1.25 x your normal hourly rate.

You will work 8 hours or 12 hour shifts, rotating day and night in this full-time role.

Monday – Sunday, 5 on 5 off starting at either :
– 06.30am
– 7am
– 6:30pm
– 7pm

Your Time at Work

As a General Food Production Operative your duties would include:

– Working as part of a team in a fast-paced packing environment.
– Some heavy lifting and repetitive work is involved -Erecting boxes
– Packing products into boxes (frozen, ambient and hot)
– Loading hoppers with raw ingredients
– Unboxing fats at the start of the process
– Applying lids to pails with the finished product in
– Cleaning duties

All breaks will be unpaid, but colleagues will receive paid time for all operational procedures.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Food Production Operative is a quick-thinking team player as well as a fast learner. Some manual handling will be involved and so a certain level of physical fitness is required.

Experience as a Food Production Operative, Warehouse or a Factory Operative is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided

Must be able to work on rotating shift patterns and be flexible.
