We are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the hospitality team within our clients first class holiday resort. You will take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of service within this stunning, brand new park and venue.
We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all food and beverage operations within a small restaurant situated on a complex within a stunning resort.The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance and will also importantly drive the team to deliver an excellent guest experience.
The successful applicant will be offered the option of on site live-in accommodation should this be required.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
* Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
* Offer menu concepts, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
* Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
* Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
* Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
* Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
* Comply with all health and safety regulations
* Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
