Our client, a popular Golf Club and Function Suite is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join their busy team. This venue has a great food offering and is a 4* facility, catering for weddings, corporate events, private parties, golf functions and private dining. They are well known in the local area for their high standard of service and are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who will uphold this in everything that they do.
The successful applicant will need to be very customer focused with a strong and friendly personality, a good background in dealing with high volume and be confident in leading a team, coaching and training staff, and managing this busy business.
As Food & Beverage Manager you will:
• Lead, train and motivate staff
• Work closely with the management team and Executive Chef
• Delivery of exceptional service at all times
• Ensure effective communication occurs throughout the team and between all departments.
The successful Food & Beverage Manager will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Manager/Restaurant Manager role or have experience managing a similar style business. You will also have an exceptional knowledge of fine foods and fine wines, be passionate, career driven and a focused manager who is accountable for ensuring a professional and high quality standard of service is maintained in the restaurant at all times. As Food & Beverage Manager you will be a hands on professional that is capable of building strong relationships with both staff and guests.
Due to location, a car driver is essential.
