Food and Beverage Assistant

Salary : £22000/annum
We are looking for Food and Beverage Assistant to join the team at a luxury Private Members club based in Canary Wharf, London. This role will be working 5 days a week Mon to Sun with a rotating shift pattern. Shift times will be 8 hours between 7.30am and 11pm with 1 break. We are looking for people who are experienced in delivering exceptional customer service and ideally come from a luxury background. This will be a full time permanent contract.

What will you be doing as a Food and Beverage Assistant?
Providing customer service across all amenities within the club. This will include the terrace, bar and private dining areas
Waiting on tables
Distributing food and drink
You will also provide customer service for regular club events
Resolve any queries and complaints
Answering the telephone and responding to emails
What are we looking for?
Experience with a concierge, reception, or food & beverage role within a relevant field such as hospitality, luxury retail, events, serviced offices or leisure.
High levels of customer service
Excellent communication skills
Previous high-end amenities or similar experience desirable
