Position: Fit Out Manager (Site Manager) – Luxury Residential – Mayfair
Location: Mayfair, London
Salary: To £65k + Package
Fit Out Manager (Site Manager) required by leading main contractor to manage the fit out of 32 luxury apartments in Mayfair.
This is a high specification, new build scheme.
Company Overview: Our client is a top tier main contractor with a full order book. They are multi-disciplinary and have a large presence in the London and pride themselves on the quality of their end product and customer satisfaction
Position: Reporting to a Project Manager, my client requires a Fit Out Manager (Site Manager) to drive delivery and quality of all internal trades.
Individual: The successful individual will have previous experience driving and delivering Internal trades on high end residential schemes. You will be fully responsible for day to day site activities through to successful delivery and hand over while reporting to the Project Manager.
Our client is seeking a confident and driven candidate who is able to self-motivate and take pride in their project.
