Financial Accountant
Job Type : Contract, Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum
A brand new role has become available for an Financial Accountant to work for a huge television production business based in London on a 12 month fixed term contract to start ASAP.
What you'll be doing:-
Provide support to the Group Financial Accountant, Financial Controller, Finance Director and back up other members of the finance team.
Assist with the review of the monthly management account working files and review of reconciliations on a quarterly basis.
Assist with preparation of completing UK Company statutory accounts in the group (knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP is essential).
Improve and streamline statutory accounts preparation, including collection of information from subsidiary entities across region.
Assist Financial Controller with streamlining management accounts/reporting to enable a smooth transition to statutory reporting.
Assist in the year end and bank audits.
