The Finance and Accountancy division at SF Recruitment are currently looking for an experience Finance Manager to join our highly reputable employer based in Loughborough. The role will be to manage the finance department, company budget setting process and management information. You will also provide critical analysis and financial guidance and support to department heads and the board.
Key Responsibilities:
– Produce monthly management accounts
– Complete monthly sales analysis reports
– Preparation of budgets for departments and the business
– Review and analyse KPI's and variance reports for the business and departments
– VAT Returns
– Bank reconciliations
– Posting of wage journals
– Support the Finance director in the management of the year-end audit process
– Monthly Petty Cash reconciliation and journal
– Direct, manage and develop the credit control and purchase ledger team
– Conduct regular team meetings to develop, update and manage the finance team
Skills & Experience:
– Qualified, Part Qualified or Qualified By Experience considered
– Previous experience in a similar role
– Management experience preferred
– Strong attention to detail
– System savvy
– Able to work under own initiative or as part of a team
