JOB ROLE: Finance Assistant (Purchase Ledger)
SALARY: £21,000 – £23,000
LOCATION: Bardney, Lincoln
HOURS: 08:00 – 16:00 (Monday – Friday) – 37.5 hours per week (some weekend work may be required during busy periods)

THE ROLE:
" Collation of information relating to goods received and the processing of supplier invoices
" Working closely with suppliers and setting them up on MS Dynamics Navision
" Oversee the distribution of supplier invoices for approval and producing weekly end of month payment reports
" Maintain account procedures across all UK sites, including scanning and emailing relevant information
" Produce schedules for contractors on our self-billing system
" Update and maintain the purchase ledger

THE SUCSESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED:
" Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
" Hold basic IT skills – Including Excel, Word, and Outlook
" Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision is desirable, however, full training will be given
" Have a confident and professional telephone manner, highly self – motivated and the ability to work well under pressure
" Able to work well under their own initiative and within a team
