Your key responsibilities will include:
Generation of sales invoices and credit notes
Processing of supplier invoices
Support debt management
Preparation of billing schedules
Preparation of detailed monthly files and reconciliation
Support in sector specific Mess Accounts activities; e.g. bank reconciliations
Preparation of key business reporting – month end reports, client reports, business review reports and budgets
Preparation of Flash report and supporting our General Managers with financial analysis
Supporting Finance Managers post month end journals, ensuring all sales and costs are correctly recorded.
Adhoc management accounting support where requested
Simple variance analysis, understanding the drivers impacting performance
Collation of information for monthly balance sheet review Who you are:

Looking to progress a career in Finance with relevant qualifications [e.g. CIMA/ACCA]
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have an inquisitive and intriguing outlook with confidence to approach the business
Excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical and system skills

What you'll be doing:

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Finance Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in The Venues Collection on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.
