We are working exclusively with our client to appoint a Finance Administrator to join their successful and growing Financial Planning business. The role's primary focus is aiding the team in the delivery of a five star service and efficient communications to the firm's clients (and prospective clients).
The successful candidate will have experience working in a professional office and be confident, polite and friendly with a great telephone manner. They will be organised and efficient and be able to manage and priorities their own workload and will have a great working knowledge of Microsoft office products. Knowledge of Financial systems and products advantage but not necessary. This is an office based role.
The main duties of the role are:
* Liaising with the firm's clients to ensure all documentation has been processed accurately and is on the system.
* Maintenance of company CRM and back office systems.
* Being a friendly and efficient point of contact for clients and enquiries.
* Preparing client packs for meetings
* Booking and arranging meetings and any travel for meetings.
* Some general administration
* Supporting the Financial planner and Paraplanner in delivery of review
* Additional ad-hoc duties as required
Skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Previous experience using Microsoft packages
* Previous knowledge of databases
* Excellent IT skills
