Field Service Engineer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £15 – £18/hour
We are working with a large plant and agriculture company in the Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire area who are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their team.
The Field Service Engineer role comes with a basic salary of £15 – £18 per hour with fantastic opportunities for progression.
Hours: 40 per week

Key Field Service Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:
Investigate and diagnose technical problems with equipment
Service a wide variety of machines
Ability to work independently
Complete job cards to a high standard promptly and within a given timeframe
Request parts efficiently and effectively
Good customer service skills
Ensure compliance with relevant procedures when repairing and inspecting equipment
Ensure work/personal equipment complies with all safety standards
Take responsibility for health and safety
Minimum Technician Requirements:
Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
Excellent customer service skills
Good technical knowledge
Must have a Driving License
The ability to work without supervision
Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work
