Field Sales Representative
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £24000 – £32000/annum + Great Benefits
An Agricultural client of ours are recruiting a Technical Field Sales Representative to join their team covering in the Essex Region. This is a field-based role working full-time Monday – Friday 40-hour week and paying a base of £22,000 – £24,000 + Commission. An realistic OTE of £32,000 is achievable within your first year.
Key Duties for this Technical Field Sales Representative will include but are not limited to:
Building strong long term relationships with existing customers (farmers) and generating repeat business
Gain a detailed understanding of all products to confidently advise and sell to customers
Understanding your customers' needs, advising on speciality products best suited for them
Organising your days/weeks on an internal CRM system
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this position:
Target driven and self-motivated due to this being a field based role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills
Confident and passionate about agriculture
Full UK Driving license
Experience selling within the Agricultural industry OR educated to degree level in Agriculture
BASIS or FACTS certification (desirable not essential)
