Are you looking for a role that focuses on Farm compliance, auditing and Technical aspects? Do you have a background in agriculture? Well, we are working on an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Farm Technical Manager to join a fantastic fresh produce farm in Suffolk.
The Client:
The client is a progressive, fast paced large fresh produce farm who is a grower and packer in Suffolk. This is a new role which has been create due to the increased demand within the business.
The Role:
As Trainee Farm Technical Manager you will take responsibility of their food safety audits, health and safety, Gatekeeper management, as well as the day-to-day liaison with the operations team and third parties such as NFU, H&S Advisors and the environment agency.
The role may require the individual to have an input into product specification development to ensure that the business is complying with audit practices.
The Candidate:
The candidate must be motivated, organised and display good positive energy. An understanding of fresh produce production is recommended or a background in agriculture but this is not essential as this can be developed in the role.
