Polytec are looking for a self-motivated Facilities Co-ordinator for our Huntingdon based client to provide administration to the Facilities and Equipment Engineering services including compliance documentation, contract control, and scheduling of maintenance. Applicants looking for a full or part-time role will be considered.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong records, information and administration systems
* Compile the yearly budget for Facilities and Equipment Engineering for review and approval, monitoring expenditure
* Compile monthly activity reports
* Monitor stock, including cleaner's materials, kitchen and stationery
Requirements:
* Experience in a Health & Safety and/or Facilities administrative support role
* Experience in management of compliance documentation and contracts in facilities and engineering
* Excellent IT skills, proficient with MS Word, Excel and use of databases
