Salary : £20000 – £22500/annum

A growing, specialist business located on the outskirts of Rotherham, have a new, permanent opportunity to join a small team as a Export Sales Administrator.

To ensure customers’ orders are processed accurately and in a timely fashion including dealing with any resulting issues. Handle any incoming calls, e-mails, customer returns and credits. Liaise with Customers’, Area Sales Managers, Freight Forwarders, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Accounts and Design Team where appropriate.

The duties within the role, will encompass the following:

* Processing and releasing of orders.

* Managing orders on credit hold.

* Managing forward orders.

* Handling return requests.

* Issuing credits and quality issues.

* Answering customer and non-customer queries. e.g. products, stock, pricing, ETA’s etc.

* Requests for tracking, catalogues and other marketing materials.

* Invoicing for cross border deliveries.

* Assist customers in the correct use of Website

* Shortage / Over Claims.

* Liaise with customers’, warehouse and carriers re dispatch of orders.

* Receive appropriate documentation for Non EU despatches.

* Certificate of Origin Applications, Legalisation of Documents

* Letters of Credit

You will possess the following skills and experience:

* Excellent customer service liaison

* A background within a Sales Admin./Customer Service

* Professional telephone manner

* Good problem solver

* Self-motivated

* Attention to detail & Accuracy

* Effective team worker
