Our client, a well established automotive group, are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team in West London.
You will liaise with the customers, working with them to determine problems with their vehicle and provide the technicians in the workshop with accurate repair descriptions.
Skills required:
* Able to work in a team.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Friendly and tactful personality.
* Good timekeeping.
* Being able to handle complaints and difficult situations.
* Automotive service advisor experience required.
Salary: Circa £28,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus.
