Join this leading creative events agency as an Event Project Manager where you will have a pivotal role in delivering large scale events for their high profile clients!
The Company
This is an innovative and creative agency which specialises in delivering internal communications events, conferences, award ceremonies across a live, hybrid and virtual setting. Due to recent expansion, they are looking for an Event Project Manager to join their team and work with key clients to deliver a range of events.
The Role
This is an exciting role where you will work with key clients delivering a range of large scale events.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Acting as lead project manager on a range of events
Carry out a range of projects within budget, on time and on brief
Budget management and reconciliation
Maintaining supplier relationships
Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
Participating in proposals and pitches
The Candidate
This will suit an experienced Event Manager or Project Manager from a corporate events agency who has led on their own events from start to finish. Logistics and production experience is key as is the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time. You will be an organised and efficient individual with excellent communication skills. You will be experienced in working on events within an agency setting. You’ll be a creative and dynamic individual who can adapt to any situation
