Our client is a reputable and growing M&E contractor based in Birkenhead. Due to continued success and growth they are now looking for a Contracts Manager or experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client works on commercial, healthcare & industrial projects up to the value of £1m.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing multiple electrical contracts at the same time. You must have experience running contracts from cradle to grave. This will include pre-construction duties as well as operational; estimating, design, procurement, labour coordination, site meetings, final handover etc.
