Due to expansion, we are recruiting for an accurate and IT literature E-Commerce Administrator to join our fantastic team in St Neots.
The E-Commerce Administrator will be supporting the Online Business Development Manager with listing products and managing online stock via Ebay, Amazon and our own ECOM platform for all areas of the business (T&M, Auto, RF) across multiple language platforms.
Key tasks
• Responsible for listing new products on Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central), Ebay and our own ECOM platform.
• Manage and maintain listing accuracy for products and ensuring correct stock levels are stated.
• Ensure multi-national listings and prices are correct.
• Work alongside the Online Business Development Manager and the Sales Order Processing team to improve online sales.
Further duties
• Ensuring eBay/Amazon listing details are accurate
• Expanding the level of products available through our stores.
• Ensuring 3rd party tools (WebInterpret & CrazyLister) are operating correctly.
• Daily communication with sales order processing team.
• Web support for stock management: eBay (inc. international sites), Amazon Seller Central (inc. international sites), Amazon Vendor Central and Pico Website CMS system.
• Creating sales reports.
• Potential for taking on ownership/responsibility of online selling platforms from the Online BDM.
Knowledge and skills required for effective performance
The E-Commerce Administrator will have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Intermediate Excel skills are essential to create sales reports and inventories. Must be able to work on their own initiative as the role is partly remote (3 days in the office, 2 days of working from home). Understanding of HTML code and experience of using CrazyLister and WebInterpret 3rd party tools is not essential, but would be an advantage. Ideally, we are looking for someone, who has previous experience of selling on Ebay or Amazon.
