Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant

Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum £5k car allowance + £10k bonus
This new role is exclusive to Ambis and is for a Dynamics NAV Consultant with finance expertise and good functional consulting skills. The client is an ERP specialist with 2 offices, working with a couple of dozen NAV and D365 / Business Central companies and particularly strong in the distribution and manufacturing sectors. They turnover more than £50m and get involved in ERP, WMS, MRP and Logistics, so there are a wide variety of projects to get involved with.
Salary to £55k, with a £5k car allowance and bonus scheme worth up to £10k per annum. Ideally you will live within a 2 hour commute of their Midlands office near Coventry.
They are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics NAV Consultant Dynamics 365 Consultant with strong accounting experience who can do finance, distribution and manufacturing implementations end to end. So you enjoy client facing work, taking the requirements, running workshops, configuring the software to fit, implementation and training the users. You will mainly be working on new Dynamics Business Central projects, plus upgrades and other consulting work.
Any experience of fashion and apparel or furniture manufacturing would be beneficial, and as far as finance goes, if you have accounting qualifications, or have previously had a career in accountancy, this would be a bonus.
Clients are scattered all over the UK so travel to company sites is a regular part of the role.

This leads to the longer-term relationships and the repeat orders, so you will find over a period of years that you get to know companies and see them grow and change, partly as a result of your work.
This is a very professional environment. You will have a lot of autonomy, but colleagues are really supportive, and are happy to help you when you have questions. Natural progression would probably be into project management and you will get very good training in Business Central and MS D365.
