The role:
In this role, you will be working for an agency that develops bespoke websites for their industry leading and household name clients. The company are leading the way in website development and are passionate about creating quality solutions that really standout. They are looking for a like minded individual to join their team as a Project Manager
You will be responsible for overseeing the projects for all digital clients and will be a key point of contact for them. You’ll take a lead role in internal communication between the development and project team, creating user stories and ensuring projects are on time and within budget. You'll be skilled at creating processes and ensuring milestones are hit for the team.
You’ll be the fount of all knowledge. You’ll use your technical know-how to resource plan, drive continue improvement and lead sprint planning sessions.
The person:
We are looking for someone who is a confident communicator, organised, and can manage multiple projects at once. Ideally, you’ll come from an agency background with experience in web development or marketing campaigns.
Experience in project management is essential, with exposure to Jira or similar tools and a knowledge of Agile practices.
You’ll be a strategic thinker and excellent at communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Being organised is a must in this role!
The benefits:
Salary £40,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid working – 2 days in their Worcestershire office and 3 days per week remote working
