Location: Central London, some home working may be considered

Term: Fixed Term Contract for 2 years. Full Time Preferably but part time will be considered

My client is a well-established charity who work with schools, colleges and communities across the UK.

The role of Digital Project Manager:

The Project Manager will play a leading role in ensuring that the charity is able to deliver effective digital education in the future. They are exploring how to ensure that their programmes remain accessible and relevant, wherever and however, students are learning, and to ensure that young people feel connected to the trust. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the charity at a critical moment.

The role includes:

Project oversight and management of a brand new initiative, which will see the Trust creating new digital content
Completion of scoping and mapping work, prioritise actions, and create an implementation plan
Designing and implementing project management systems to allow the team to understand the journey from visualisation to creation of a digital educational programme
Responsible for monitoring and reporting mechanisms, and regular progress reports
Overseeing the delivery of all elements of a digital project plan
Planning, tracking and measuring progress and results
Managing the relationship with external providers and internal stakeholders, acting as the point of contact and ensuring timely decisions and follow up of actions
Overseeing the budget for the creation and maintenance of digital projects

To be considered for the role of Digital Project Manager:

Essential:

Experience of successful delivery of digital products in project management role;
Experience and confidence in developing and managing project plans, risks, issues and governance processes;
Experience of managing priorities across a delivery team;
Knowledge of MEL processes, and understanding of how best to ensure learnings feed in to an evolving project cycle;
Strong communications skills, able to work effectively across a team and across organisations;
Ability to work to tight time frames, often managing multiple work streams;
A commitment to the aims and values of the charityDesirable:

Experience of managing large budgets
Experience in developing and managing projects, programmes or digital products for use in educational settings
An interest in, and understanding of, evolving digital technologies and experiences

£40,000 to £(phone number removed) + 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm but flexible working will be considered

Term: Fixed Term Contract for 2 years. Full Time Preferably but part time will be considered
