Are you ready to take your career in digital marketing to the next level? We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Performance Manager to join our clients dynamic team. As a Digital Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital media campaigns for clients across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of digital media campaigns across diverse platforms.

Strategy Development: Develop and execute campaign strategies to maximise objectives and achieve performance growth.

Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing queries and requests promptly.

Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers to maintain a cohesive working structure.

Client Meetings: Lead and participate in client meetings, presenting campaign results, research findings, and strategy recommendations.

Reporting: Generate regular campaign reports, offering insights and analytical narratives on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively to meet spending targets.

Quality Control: Review work produced by junior team members, ensuring high-quality output in reporting, campaign updates, research, and strategy documents.

Team Management: Provide managerial guidance to junior team members, setting clear responsibilities and ensuring deadlines are met.

Innovation: Conduct research to identify new opportunities for clients, staying at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

Training and Consultancy: Offer ad hoc training and consultancy to both internal and external clients.

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in digital advertising platforms including the majority of the following: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with additional tools like PowerBI, Google Big Query, Hawk, StackAdapt, Funnel, AdVerity, Pinterest Ads, and Snapchat Ads Manager is beneficial but not required.

Strong analytical skills to handle, analyse, translate, and present numerical data effectively.

Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to work and personal development.

Excellent interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with the team, clients, and suppliers.

Effective task management and delegation abilities to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive tasks.

Team player mindset with leadership skills to manage team members productively.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to express ideas clearly.

Commercial awareness and the ability to drive account growth.

Passion for digital marketing and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and development.
