CPS Group have partnered with A+E Networks and are seeking an Digital Marketing Manager to join their expanding team.

Summary of Role

The role is responsible for defining and implementing digital marketing campaigns and strategy for our two SVOD brands; HISTORY Play, Crime+Investigation Play and our commercial driving campaigns across Sky HISTORY and Crime+Investigation driving growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage the go-to-market campaigns and digital activations that deliver on the commercial objectives, increase brand awareness, drive subscription growth, grow customer engagement and deployment of retention strategies.
– Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to help define, develop and implement integrated campaign strategies.
– Drive the digital marketing measurement & performance analysis against ROI/metrics and benchmarks.
– Provide clear and concise reports for stakeholder teams that outline strategies, objectives and performance for campaigns.
– Work very closely with the Insight & Analytics and SVOD team, to build customer journey maps and create campaigns which drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue of History Play and Crime+Investigation Play.
– Work strategically and tactical, deploying activity across our portfolio of digital marketing, championing best practices to identify and implement innovative new ways to improve the customer journey/experience.

Project

– Support the Head of Marketing in developing the annual HISTORY Play and Crime+Investigation Play marketing plans and implement by establishing day-to-day working relationships with colleagues in SVOD, Web Development, Digital Media, Creative, Programming, Scheduling, Communications and Media Planning teams.
– Collaborate closely with the SVOD team to drive continuous improvements to our subscriber acquisition funnels.
– Capture key data points around brand and title-based marketing initiatives.
– Develop and execute test and learn strategies for continuous performance improvement and optimisation of campaigns.
– Developing the digital audience proposition and translating into consumer campaigns.
– Plan, lead and execute the commercial driving digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat etc as required) and also undertake the management of paid search words/PPC/display activity in driving revenue.
– Responsible for all marketing briefs, understanding objectives and interpreting into strong campaign briefs which inspire and motivate, whilst delivering key marketing messages to meet the overarching marketing strategy.
– Identify talent and contributors opportunities to amplify campaign activity, working closely with the Marketing team to manage and prioritise needs.
– Work closely with the Communications team to ensure press and public relations opportunities are exploited in an integrated manner and that press communication supports the overall marketing strategy.
– Work with the Insight & Analytics team to analyse and evaluate audience data to optimise key launch decisions and use this information to create impactful campaign briefs and recommendations on future marketing activity.

Experience

– Marketing professional with direct experience of growth and performance marketing of SVOD services available on Amazon Prime Video Channels, Apple TV Channels or DTC
– Experience driving customer acquisition and/or retention and be able to demonstrate how you personally improved KPIs such as Net Adds, Churn, CPSU and LTV/CAC
– Strong analytical and quantitative skills
– Strong knowledge of digital media, products and the entertainment industry
– End to end campaign and agency management experience such as Amazon Advertising
– Substantial experience of managing and developing major brands in a complex business or broadcast environment
– A track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns across all media
