They are looking for a dedicated Client Account Manager who will focus on creating innovative plans that generate growth for their clients.

As a Digital Account Manager, you will be supporting the Client Services Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs whilst assisting in development of client relationships and satisfaction
You will receive access to training and development programmes, and you'll get to work with closely with the world's biggest media partners to access exclusive features and products

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2+ years of experience of planning across one or more digital channels
Minimum of 2+ years of experience with account management- internal/external stakeholders
Experience with big scale, high budget market campaigns
Comfortable with data and insight and understanding of how these can be used to formulate strategic decisions
Very confident presenter & Excellent relationship builder and manager
Familiar with applications such as Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Good knowledge of digital channels across PPC, SEO, Content, Display, Social
Ability to find and derive consumer and category insight from available planning tools e.g., Mintel, Statista, YouGov, CCSDUTIES:

Developing & driving transformational digital roadmaps to deliver best in class activation and innovation
Project manages clients' digital communications plans including timelines and budget
Leads smaller client accounts
Acts as 'gatekeeper' for quality control
Coordinates invoicing and payments process' in line with contractual terms agreed; oversees processes to ensure smooth financial operations
Provides accurate plan details and updates to client
Show clear digital strategy as part of our integrated responses
Identify key opportunities and areas for growth
