We are currently looking for a Despatch Team Leader for our Prepared Foods site in a hands-on role, leading a team inclusive of Key and Despatch Operatives. You will have the responsibility to ensure that the team:
* Ensure all Production KPI’s are met, including GMP, Productivity and Labour
* Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with Policy and Procedures
* Ensure your team is effectively trained
Whilst you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Despatch team, you will work closely with the wider team in our prepared factory including Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance and your Manager.
Shift Pattern
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
0600hrs to 1800hrs
Skills and experience needed:
You'll need to be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong effective communication skills. You will also be able to use your initiative to bring new ideas and improvements to the area.
